Heal Together Grant Presentation

December 9, 2021--We are honored to announce that we have received a two-year grant from Hospice Giving Foundation in the amount of 1.1 million dollars to put towards the community-wide initiative, Heal Together.

A $1 million plan to help the community heal in the wake of Covid is underway.

The Heal Together initiative is in full swing just a few months after launching, offering counseling, support groups, and classes like Zumba, art, and yoga.
